Here's an updated patch:
* matching is moved out to a new abstract class PhraseMatcher, with Exact and Sloppy implementations
* PhraseWeight is abstracted from PhraseQuery and MultiPhraseQuery, and handles explanations, matches and scorers (this has the nice side-effect of adding min-score handling to sloppy phrases)

I'm running benchmarks now
