   @kristencheung please address my final comment.
   Also, this patch does not work correctly with the existing test file at https://github.com/apache/tika/blob/master/tika-parsers/src/test/resources/test-documents/envi_test_header.hdr
   It is only for UTM mappings. We need some additional logic which checks for the presence of the UTM flag. If this flag is not present then no mapping should be made.
