Is there any plugin/tool to import data from Excel to Solr

Zeng Lames
Hi,

wanna to know is there any plugin / tool to import data from Excel to Solr.
it is better to import it as DIH. say data-config.xml as below:

<document>
      <entity name="sd"        processor="*"
newerThan="'NOW-30DAYS'"        fileName=".*xls$"      >
        <entity name="excelData" processor="*" url="${sd.fileAbsolutePath}" >
          <field column="Author" name="author" meta="true"/>
          <field column="Content-Type" name="title" meta="true"/>
          <field column="value1" position="2,1" meta="true" />
          <field column="value2" position="3,6" meta="true" />
...
        </entity>

    </entity>
  </document>

You could export to CSV from Excel, and import the CSV into Solr:

Also, CSV importer can handle tab-separated records. That could be slightly
nicer than coma-separated CSV.
