Solr news announcement for 4.10.2 has incorrect changes.txt link

Shawn Heisey-2
On this release announcement for Solr 4.10.2:

http://lucene.apache.org/solr/solrnews.html#31-october-2014-apache-solr-4102-available

The CHANGES.txt link currently points at the changes for 4.10.1.

I committed a fix to the cms, and I really hope that I did so correctly
... but I can no longer remember how to actually push the changes to the
website.  I remember doing it when I made my first commit on the "who we
are" page, but I have not been able to locate the instructions that I
followed.

Thanks,
Shawn

Woops, thanks Shawn!  I just follow the steps on the ReleaseTodo:
http://wiki.apache.org/lucene-java/ReleaseTodo

I think you just need to do this (under "Update the rest of the
website"), now that you committed the change?:

Publish the site, e.g. by visiting http://lucene.staging.apache.org,
invoking the CMS bookmarklet, then clicking the publish link.

Or I can do it, let me know...

The entire 4.10.2 announcement seems to be gone from both Lucene and
Solr sites, but I did the publish anyway, using a rather lengthy commit
message.  The diff link on that page didn't load properly, so I couldn't
tell exactly what I was publishing.

Checking the website after the publish, I still don't see the
announcements, so I'm a little confused now.  My fear is that somehow
I've really screwed things up.

Thanks,
Shawn

The publish did eventually work.  Everything looks like it's OK now.  I
just had to be patient.

Thanks,
Shawn
